You don’t. The title, summary and transcript are ready by the time the recording has finished uploading, so the link you paste into the ticket already carries its own write-up.
Yes. Titles, summaries, transcriptions and chapters are available when you open any video in your workspace, regardless of when it was recorded — you don’t have to re-record a back catalogue.
You can edit it. Correct spelling, edit inside a specific timestamp, regenerate the transcription, or restore the original version. Add recurring terms to the word dictionary and Zight stops getting them wrong.
